Zoë Më: Switzerland’s Multilingual Marvel Set to Dazzle at Eurovision 2025

Zoë Më is set to represent Switzerland at Eurovision 2025 in Basel, the very city of her birth—a twist that sounds like it’s straight out of a brilliantly quirky screenplay. The buzz is real, as her song will be unveiled on 10 March at 10:00 AM, keeping fans eagerly anticipating every note.

Following in the footsteps of Nemo, this 24-year-old sensation is gearing up to fly to Eurovision 2025 in her hometown. While her entry song remains under wraps until the announced date, the excitement is palpable.

Zoë Më dazzles with her linguistic flair, singing in both French and German and even blending the two in a single piece—challenging her audience with a mix of pop poetry and laid-back charm. Her versatility shines through in her 2024 EP, Dorienne Gris, where tracks range from the bittersweet “Liste des interdits” (an ode to her best friend) to the trap-infused dancefloor anthem “Le Loup.”

Interestingly, though Basel is her birthplace, French isn’t her native tongue. After a stint in Germany and returning to Switzerland at the age of nine, Zoë Më has effortlessly navigated both the francophone and germanophone cultures. Her talent hasn’t gone unnoticed: accolades such as ‘SRF 3 Best Talent’ and the ‘RTS Artiste Radar’ award, along with performances at renowned events like the Montreux Jazz Festival and Luzern Live, are testament to her prowess.

This summer, as she is also slated to perform at Berne’s Gurtenfestival and Bienne’s Lakelive, Zoë Më will have the honour of representing Switzerland at the world’s most prestigious music contest. Eurovision 2025 is set to be nothing short of spectacular!
