Serbia Gears Up for Eurovision Glory: Pesma za Evroviziju 2025 Finale Announced for March 1!

The road to Eurovision 2025 just got a lot more exciting for Serbia as RTS, the Serbian national broadcaster, has confirmed that the highly anticipated final of Pesma za Evroviziju will take place on March 1. With a two-stage semi-final process on February 25 and 27, the competition promises a thrilling lead-up to selecting Serbia’s next Eurovision representative, a decision based on both jury and public voting.

The submission window, open until November 1, provides a prime opportunity for artists to showcase their unique styles, and with Olivera Kovačević overseeing the selection process, the standards are set high. According to Kovačević, applications will be judged strictly on artistic merit, underscoring the serious commitment RTS has towards sending a show-stopping act to Switzerland in 2025. Interestingly, should submissions fall short of expectations, RTS reserves the option to opt for an internal selection, a move that has sparked both excitement and curiosity.

This edition follows in the footsteps of Serbia’s 2024 representative, Teya Dora, who carried “Ramonda” to the final, where it landed 17th with 54 points. The stakes are high, and fans eagerly await the new lineup, hoping Serbia will capture Eurovision gold in 2025.

Stay tuned as Pesma za Evroviziju ’25 unfolds – this competition could produce Eurovision’s next big star!
