Albania Unveils Full Line-up for Festivali i Këngës 63: A Star-Studded Contest Ahead

As the days to the 63rd Festivali i Këngës draw closer, the excitement in Albania is palpable. With the full list of participating artists now officially revealed by the Selection Committee, the stage is set for one of the most competitive and thrilling editions of the beloved music festival.

The committee, comprised of experts in music and literature, carefully reviewed 85 musical submissions that arrived at Albanian Radio and Television (RTSH), adhering strictly to the festival’s regulations. After much deliberation, they have unanimously selected 30 songs to compete in this year’s contest, with one key goal: to represent Albania at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025.

What makes this edition so special is the impressive mixture of both established Albanian music stars and fresh new talent. The line-up promises a fascinating fusion of traditional and modern styles, with seasoned artists returning to the stage alongside newcomers who view this prestigious festival as the perfect platform to launch or elevate their careers.

From veterans like Elvana Gjata, who has made her mark on the Albanian music scene, to younger rising stars like Jet and Gresa Gjocera, Festivali i Këngës 63 promises an extraordinary celebration of diverse voices. This edition is expected to deliver not only a spectacular show, but also to convey important cultural and musical messages, all while paying homage to the deep roots of Albanian music history.

As always, the winner of this year’s festival will carry the honour of representing Albania at Eurovision, a task that has grown in importance as Albania continues to make its mark on the international music stage.
