Eurovision 2025 on YouTube: San Marino rules, Melody rockets and Estonia lives on espresso

Three months after JJ gave Austria its third Eurovision trophy and left Vienna polishing its glitter ball, a new contest has taken over — this time on YouTube. Because Eurovision doesn’t end in May; it just moves to a different scoreboard.
Between 20 July and 24 August, millions of views flipped the rankings upside down, with surprise climbs, brutal drops and one tiny republic laughing at everyone from the top.
10. Germany – Abor & Tynna – Baller – 6.2M views
🔻 Down 2 places
Germany slips two spots this month, but delivers iconic chaos: Tynna smashing Abor’s cello is now Eurovision’s unofficial therapy session. Streams may have slowed, but the memes keep coming.
9. Poland – Justyna Steczkowska – Gaja – 7.6M views
🔻 Down 2 places
A thirty–year comeback and 7.6 million views later, Justyna drops two positions but keeps her legend status intact. Playback questionable, charisma untouchable.
8. Netherlands – Claude – C’est la vie – 8.6M views
🔻 Down 2 places
Claude falls two spots but lands softly, crossing 8.6 million views with French lyrics, Dutch melancholy and existentialism you can hum along to.
7. Portugal – NAPA – Deslocado – 9.5M views
🆕 New entry
Straight out of the Azores, NAPA storm into the Top 10 for the first time with 9.5 million views. A viral hymn to saudade that feels like homesickness bottled — headphones, dim lights and tissues highly recommended.
6. Austria – JJ – Wasted Love – 10M views
🔻 Down 1 place
Austria won Eurovision. YouTube, however, remains unimpressed. Down one spot this month, JJ holds at 10 million views, proving that trophies and algorithms rarely agree.
5. Italy – Lucio Corsi – Volevo essere un duro – 15M views
🔻 Down 1 place
Lucio slides one position but keeps his 15 million views and his title as the Ziggy Stardust of Tuscany. Bowie would’ve been proud. TikTok is already obsessed.
4. Spain – Melody – Esa diva – 16M views
🔺 Up 5 places
Spain’s queen of chaos rockets five spots this month, hitting 16 million views. Jury scores may have bruised her ego, but YouTube just handed her a glittering redemption arc.
3. Sweden – KAJ – Bara bada bastu – 19M views
🟰 Holds position
No moves here: 19 million streams for a sauna anthem that turned Scandinavian wellness into a viral export. Televote didn’t get it. YouTube absolutely does.
2. Estonia – Tommy Cash – Espresso Macchiato – 31M views
🟰 Holds position
Tommy Cash holds steady in second with a caffeine–fuelled fever dream at 31 million views. It’s absurd, it’s arty, and it’s very Estonian.
1. San Marino – Gabry Ponte – Tutta l’Italia – 39M views
🟰 Still No.1
From last in the Eurovision final to first on YouTube: 39 million views and growing. San Marino just proved geography is irrelevant when the algorithm picks its champion.
Eurovision’s second life is streaming
Eurovision 2025 crowned JJ in May, but YouTube rewrote the story. San Marino dominates, Melody climbs, Estonia buzzes on caffeine and Sweden sweats in a viral sauna. Forget Basel — the real ranking is here.
