Circle the Date: Croatia’s Dora 2025 Set for Late February – Countdown Begins for Eurovision Hopefuls!

The race is on as Croatia’s most promising music talents vie for a spot on the Eurovision stage. With submissions for Dora 2025 closing on November 15, the final showdown is just around the corner, slated for late February. Project leader Tomislav Štengl made an urgent call to undecided artists on Dobro jutro, Hrvatska: the time is now, and this is the final stretch to get on board!

Entries have started trickling in, but, as Štengl noted, «The last-minute rush is real. Just remember, the clock’s ticking – the system won’t allow any latecomers.» Last year, some artists missed their shot due to small oversights, despite over 200 entries.

Dora, a proven launchpad for Eurovision success, will have its final showdown in February – but Štengl is keeping the exact location, whether Zagreb or Opatija, under wraps. And for Eurovision fans, voting remains unchanged with the current 50:50 jury-public split.
